That's okay — you can still apply! A Vulnerable Sector Check can be obtained through your local RCMP detachment or municipal police service. Volunteer Agreement & Waiver

By volunteering at Elbethel Bible Camp Youth Camp 2026, I understand and agree to serve under the authority and direction of camp leadership for the duration of the camp week (August 17–21, 2026).

I acknowledge that volunteering at camp involves physical activity and inherent risks, and I voluntarily agree to participate. I release Elbethel Bible Camp, its staff, directors, and host church from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Code of Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with the values and standards of Elbethel Bible Camp, including maintaining appropriate boundaries with campers at all times, refraining from the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances on camp property, and upholding the camp's dress code and behavioural standards.

Child Safety: I understand that I am in a position of trust with vulnerable youth and I commit to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and appropriate conduct at all times. I agree to report any concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of campers to camp leadership immediately.

Photo/Media Consent: I consent to photographs and video taken during camp being used for Elbethel Bible Camp promotional materials and social media.

I agree to the Volunteer Agreement & Waiver and commit to serving at Elbethel Youth Camp 2026 under the direction of camp leadership. *

I agree to abide by the camp's Code of Conduct, dress code, and all rules and guidelines of Elbethel Bible Camp for the duration of the camp week. *

I understand my responsibility to maintain appropriate boundaries and uphold child safety standards at all times while volunteering. *

I consent to photos and video of me taken during camp being used for Elbethel Bible Camp promotional purposes.
